Do Solutions values your privacy. In this document we explain what personal data we process, why, and your rights.
1. Data controller
Do Solutions, based in the Netherlands (CoC 88565270), is the controller for the personal data we process when sourcing, screening and assessing candidates in our AI platform. Where we process data from a client's own systems on the client's instructions, such as a candidate database or ATS, we act as a processor and enter into a data processing agreement for that purpose.
2. What data we process
We process name, contact details and company information that you provide via the contact form or our services. For candidate sourcing we process candidate data, such as CV, profile and contact details, in our AI platform.
3. Purpose
We use your data to contact you, deliver our services and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI and automated decision-making
We use AI for sourcing, screening and scoring candidates. No decisions are taken based solely on automated processing within the meaning of article 22 GDPR: every shortlist is reviewed and validated by a member of Do Solutions staff before a candidate is presented to a client. On request, we provide insight into the assessment criteria used. Candidates are informed about the use of AI in the process and about their rights.
5. Retention
We retain your data no longer than necessary and process it only for as long as there is a legal basis to do so. Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months, unless a client relationship is established.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Contact do@dosolutions.info to exercise your rights.
